2 lawsuits for confiscation of property of allegedly unlawful origin have been accepted in courtroom – Muricas News

The subsequent two lawsuits filed within the Courtroom of Common Jurisdiction of the Courtroom of First Occasion relating to the confiscation of property allegedly of unlawful origin have been accepted, the Prosecutor Common’s Workplace reported at this time.

In keeping with the report, the Division for Confiscation of Property of Unlawful Origin of the Prosecutor Common’s Workplace filed a lawsuit with the courtroom demanding the confiscation of Paylak Yayloyan, former director of the Karen Demirchyan Metro CJSC, in favor of the Republic of Armenia.

– 7 flats positioned at completely different addresses in Yerevan, property in Arinj neighborhood of Kotayk area (in some circumstances, 84-94% of them), and in case of impossibility, the common market worth of these properties – a complete of 702 million 472 thousand 355 drams;

– 2 plots of land positioned in Jrvezh neighborhood of Kotayk area (one partially), a car parking zone on Perch Proshyan road in Yerevan, two buildings on Proshyan road in Baghramyan avenue of Yerevan, and in case of impossibility, the common market worth of those properties is 535 million 699 thousand 753 drams;

– 3 movable properties (automobiles, 79.47% of that are one), in case of impossibility, the common market worth of those properties – a complete of 27 million 745 thousand drams;

– Shares of two LLCs: 84.92% of 1/2 shares in a single case, 50% shares within the different;

– 29 million 847 thousand 801 drams as the acquisition quantity of the liquidated CJSC share;

– A complete of 272 million 240 thousand 34 drams, which, in response to the Prosecutor’s Workplace, shouldn't be substantiated by the authorized revenue of Paylak Yayloyan, his two sons, is of unlawful origin, it isn't attainable to confiscate, because it was transferred to a bona fide acquirer or it's inconceivable to establish or confiscate.

On account of the investigations carried out within the Division for Confiscation of Property of Unlawful Origin of the Prosecutor Common’s Workplace, the method of submitting lawsuits for confiscation of property of unlawful origin continues, the assertion stated.
