2 lawsuits for confiscation of property of allegedly unlawful origin have been accepted in courtroom – Muricas News

The subsequent two lawsuits filed within the Courtroom of Common Jurisdiction of the Courtroom of First Occasion relating to the confiscation of property allegedly of unlawful origin have been accepted, the Prosecutor Common’s Workplace reported at this time.
In keeping with the report, the Division for Confiscation of Property of Unlawful Origin of the Prosecutor Common’s Workplace filed a lawsuit with the courtroom demanding the confiscation of Paylak Yayloyan, former director of the Karen Demirchyan Metro CJSC, in favor of the Republic of Armenia.

– 29 million 847 thousand 801 drams as the acquisition quantity of the liquidated CJSC share;
– A complete of 272 million 240 thousand 34 drams, which, in response to the Prosecutor’s Workplace, shouldn't be substantiated by the authorized revenue of Paylak Yayloyan, his two sons, is of unlawful origin, it isn't attainable to confiscate, because it was transferred to a bona fide acquirer or it's inconceivable to establish or confiscate.
