The Ministers of Overseas Affairs of Azerbaijan and Russia Jeihun Bayramov and Sergey Lavrov mentioned bilateral cooperation and regional transport points throughout a phone dialog yesterday. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Overseas Affairs of Azerbaijan.
