The Justice Division sued former Trump adviser Peter Navarro in a bid to take possession of emails from throughout his time within the White Home.

The lawsuit claims that Navarro used a private electronic mail account to conduct enterprise that concerned presidential information and, as such, he should flip over these emails as they're the rightful property of the Nationwide Archives.

Navarro's attorneys, John Irving and John Rowley, denied withholding paperwork from the federal government.
