Iranian media report the loss of life of a “common” of the IRGC in Syria – Muricas News

On the night of August 22, the Iranian media reported the loss of life of “common” of the IRGC Abulfazl Alijani, who was in Syria as a navy adviser.

In response to DefaPress.ir, Abulfazl Alijani died on the evening of August 22.

The Mehr News publication, which different websites consult with, writes that Alijani taught on the Al-Momenin Polytechnic College, which trains specialists for the IRGC. In Syria, he was a part of a delegation of consultants.

All Iranian publications name the deceased officer a “martyr”, however not one writes concerning the circumstances of his loss of life. The media reported that “within the coming days, his physique will likely be delivered to Iran for burial.”
