Biden trolls Rick Scott over Rescue America plan

President Joe Biden took to Twitter on Tuesday to blast Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) for his try and put Social Safety and Medicare "on the chopping block."

Scott tweeted earlier that day that he had personally visited the White Home to hand-deliver printed copies of his Rescue America plan.
