Britain stated it could cap the price of electrical energy and gasoline for companies on Wednesday following an analogous scheme for customers, serving to relieve the stress of hovering vitality prices.

It stated wholesale costs for electrical energy could be capped at 211 kilos ($239.17) per megawatt hour (MWh) and for gasoline at 75 kilos per MWh.

The federal government will compensate suppliers for the discount in wholesale gasoline and electrical energy unit costs that they're passing onto non-domestic clients, it stated.
