Russia nuclear menace ‘actually not a bluff’: Ex-president Medvedev warns West | World News

Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev mentioned on Tuesday that Moscow has the best to defend itself with nuclear weapons whether it is pushed past its limits and that that is "actually not a bluff".

Medvedev, deputy chairman of Russia's Safety Council, additionally warned that Moscow has the best to reply "with out a lot session", as tensions rise with the West over referendums held in massive swathes of Russian-occupied Ukrainian territory.

Medvedev has commonly issued aggressive statements on the West and Ukraine in latest months, underlining his transformation from an apparently Western-minded liberaliser as president from 2008-2012 to strident geopolitical hawk.
