Russia's defence ministry revealed a bunch of occupations that can be exempted from President Vladimir Putin's conscription name up which is geared toward boosting the nation's conflict effort in Ukraine. IT employees, bankers and journalists working for state media can be exempted from the partial mobilisation as round 300,000 Russians face being known as up as a part of the drive.
