US Secretary of State Antony Blinken known as on each United Nations Safety Council member to “ship a transparent message" to Russia that it should cease its “reckless” nuclear threats within the warfare in Ukraine.

In a strong message to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Blinken stated, “One man selected this warfare, one man can finish it."

Vladimir Putin stated, asserting partial mobilisation in Russia, that his nuclear-armed nation might “definitely use all means out there” if its territory is threatened.

Slamming Putin's nuclear warfare threats, Blinken stated, “…if Russia stops preventing, the warfare ends and if Ukraine stops preventing, Ukraine ends."

The feedback by Antony Blinken come a day after Russian President Vladimir Putin's announcement on partial mobilisation of the nation's 2 million-strong army reserves because the warfare in Ukraine reaches almost seven months. The choice, which Putin stated was taken “to defend the motherland, its sovereignty and territorial integrity” has been seen as an escalation by the West.

US slammed the choice as an egregious violation of the UN Constitution and worldwide legislation.
