As US President Joe Biden celebrated the People with Disabilities Act marking Incapacity Satisfaction Month on the White Home on Wednesday, he was seen trying confused after his speech within the Rose Backyard.

US first woman Dr Jill Biden was then seen guiding him, holding his hand and exhibiting the best way. “You go down this fashion,” Jill was heard saying pointing to the steps whereas Joe Biden seemed confused.

The video from the occasion was broadly shared on social media simply someday after Joe Biden mistakenly requested in a speech in Washington if the late congresswoman Jackie Walorski was in attendance for the occasion. Jackie Walorski died in a automobile accident in August.
