Rep. Steven Horsford elected to function subsequent Congressional Black Caucus chairman

Rep. Steven Horsford (D-NV) was elected to function the subsequent chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus on Wednesday, with the Nevada Democrat slated to succeed present CBC Chairwoman Joyce Beatty (D-OH) in main the influential group within the subsequent Congress.
