Police in Moscow, Idaho say a courtroom order has mandated they not share any additional data on the College of Idaho murders case with the general public or the press.

Citing a Tuesday order from Latah County Justice of the Peace Choose Megan Marshall, police stated they'd not talk publicly on the continued case.

"The order prohibits any communication by investigators, regulation enforcement personnel, attorneys, and brokers of the prosecuting legal professional or protection legal professional regarding this case," the assertion from police stated. "Attributable to this courtroom order, the Moscow Police Division will not be speaking with the general public or the media relating to this case."

Bryan Kohberger, the suspect within the murders of 4 College of Idaho college students, waived his extradition to Idaho from Pennsylvania Tuesday. He was arrested in japanese Pennsylvania final week.
