‘Unacceptable’: UN condemns civilian deaths in Gaza, urges restraint | World News [ad_1]

U.N. Secretary-Normal Antonio Guterres condemned civilian deaths in Gaza as "unacceptable" and appealed for it to "cease instantly" and for all events to train most restraint, Deputy U.N. spokesperson Farhan Haq mentioned on Wednesday.

"Israel should abide by its obligations underneath worldwide humanitarian legislation, together with the proportional use of power and taking all possible precautions to spare civilians and civilian objects within the conduct of navy operations," Haq mentioned.
