Gas tanker fireplace causes freeway collapse on I-95 in Philadelphia

A fireplace on a freeway in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, resulted in an overpass bridge collapse on Sunday.

At round 6:30 a.m., a gasoline tanker truck caught fireplace beneath Interstate 95 on Cottman Avenue. All southbound lanes collapsed on the location of the hearth. In consequence, the whole freeway between the Woodhaven and Aramingo exits was shut down.
