King Charles made a cheeky response to his partner Camilla as a result of the royal couple stepped out on the Buckingham Palace balcony after the Trooping the Shade parade, a lip reader has claimed. The couple have been joined by senior members of the royal family as they greeted 1000’s of followers who celebrated the official birthday of the British sovereign.
