Russia's international ministry stated on Wednesday that a proposal by Western nations to introduce a cap on the worth of Russian oil was an "anti-market" measure that will disrupt provide chains and worsen the state of affairs on world power markets.

"We've got repeatedly stated that the introduction of the so-called ceiling on Russian oil costs is not only a non-market mechanism, it's an anti-market measure," spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated.
She added that Russia wouldn't provide oil to nations imposing a worth cap.
