Russia’s abroad ministry said on Wednesday that a proposal by Western nations to introduce a cap on the worth of Russian oil was an “anti-market” measure that will disrupt present chains and worsen the situation on world vitality markets.

“We’ve repeatedly said that the introduction of the so-called ceiling on Russian oil prices isn’t only a non-market mechanism, it’s an anti-market measure,” spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
