As Wagner advances, Moscow mayor declares Monday as 'non-working' day | World News [ad_1]

Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin on Saturday warned the scenario within the capital was "troublesome," as forces of the Wagner mercenary group moved in direction of Moscow to oust Russia's navy management.
